Is a White Cash Register (GKS) always mandatory?

As soon as you generate more than €25,000 turnover per year from food (consumed on site), the GKS is mandatory. We help you with the registration and ensure that the link with the accounting works.

What is food cost and why is it important?

Food cost is the price of the ingredients in relation to the sales price. If your purchasing rises but your price remains the same, you lose profit. We calculate your margins so you know when you need to raise the price.

Which VAT rate should I charge?

That is complex: 12% for food (in the establishment), 21% for drinks, 6% for takeaway. Your cash register must do this correctly. We check if the settings are correct so you don't get fines.

Can you help with brewery contracts?

Yes. A 'free' loan or tap installation from the brewer often means that you are obliged to purchase (more expensive) drinks. We calculate whether you are better off free or signing.

What if I want to put up a terrace?
