What is OSS and when do I need it?

OSS (One Stop Shop) means that you file one central VAT return for all your sales to private individuals in the EU (outside Belgium). This is mandatory if you sell more than €10,000 per year abroad. We arrange this for you every quarter.

What about sales via Bol.com or Amazon?

Bol and Amazon send you 'self-billing' invoices for your sales, and invoices for their commission. This is accounting-wise complex. We automate this so you don't have to puzzle with the amounts manually every month.

I do dropshipping, what about VAT?

With dropshipping (delivery directly from supplier outside EU to customer) specific rules apply (IOSS). If you do this wrong, your customer pays import duties at the door. We ensure this is set up correctly.

Do you also link with Mollie and Stripe?

Certainly. We link the payouts from Mollie/Stripe automatically to the sales invoices. This way we always know exactly which order is paid and what the transaction costs are.

Do I get insight into my profit per product?

Yes. Because we link purchasing and sales, we can make reports in which you see: Sales Price - Purchase Price - Shipping Costs - Commission = Real Profit.
