By linking your time registration (hours) to your invoicing. We help with tools (such as Teamleader) with which you see: 'I have budgeted €5,000, I am now at €4,200 costs'. This way you can adjust before it is too late.

I work with freelancers, what should I pay attention to?

Ensure clear contracts about who owns the work (copyright!). And check if they are really self-employed (avoid false self-employment). We have standard contracts for you.

Should I ask for advance payments from clients?

Yes! Especially for large projects. We advise: 30% at start, 30% in between, 40% at delivery. This is good for your cashflow and reduces the risk if a client does not pay.

What about VAT for foreign clients?

Within EU (B2B): VAT reverse charged (0% on invoice, client pays). Outside EU: usually 0%. Private individuals: charge VAT in client's country (via OSS). We ensure your invoices are correct.

Are there subsidies for my sector?

Yes, for example the SME portfolio for advice or training. Or specific calls for digitization. We keep an eye on this for you.
